Terms and Conditions – Operation Code: The Brav
1. Mission Brief
These Terms & Conditions govern all operations, purchases, and conduct within The Brav’s online command post (the “Website”). By executing a purchase, you, the Operator (“Customer”), acknowledge and consent to these orders.
2. Chain of Command – Authority
The Brav reserves the right to update, modify, or deploy amendments to these Terms at any time. Such updates take immediate effect upon posting. Continuous access and use of the Website constitutes acceptance of all current directives.
3. Operations & Ordering Protocols
All orders are subject to stock availability and mission feasibility.
Prices are final and displayed in EUR.
Orders are confirmed only after receipt of full payment and processing confirmation.
The Brav reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion, without prior notice.
4. Deployment – Shipping & Delivery
Standard deployment occurs within 5-7 business days.
Tactical constraints (e.g., supply chain issues) may delay delivery; Operators will be notified promptly.
5. Return & Recall Procedures
Due to the on-demand and custom nature of The Brav gear produced via Printful, returns for reasons of personal dissatisfaction, change of mind, or incorrect sizing are not accepted.
Returns are only accepted in the event of defective items, misprints, or errors directly attributable to The Brav or Printful.
Operators must report any defects or operational discrepancies within 30 days of deployment (receipt).
Refunds or replacements for eligible defective items will be executed upon verification of the issue, according to operational protocols.
Customized gear, personal orders, and special missions are exempt from standard return procedures.
