All products are made on demand — produced individually after you order. Prices are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Product images are for illustration. Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration and the nature of print-on-demand production.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at checkout. All orders are subject to product availability.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Because every item is produced on demand, delivery time is production time + shipping time. Full details, per-region estimates and tracking information are on our Shipping Policy page.

We ship worldwide. THE BRAV is not responsible for delays caused by customs or the local postal service.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our items are made on demand, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. We do provide a free replacement or full refund for defective, damaged, misprinted or incorrect items. Full conditions and how to file a claim are on our Returns & Refunds page.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — designs, logos, text, images, graphics — is the property of THE BRAV and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written permission.
