Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from THE BRAV. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Items must include all original tags and packaging.
- You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@thebrav.nl with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@thebrav.nl. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@thebrav.nl with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Made-on-Demand Items
Please note that all our products are made on demand. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for change of mind on custom or personalized items. However, if the item is defective or not as described, our standard return policy applies.
